Rihanna looks seriously smoking on her August cover of Harper’s Bazaar, and the spread inside is just as amazing. Rihanna’s style is usually so over-the-top, it’s interesting to see her with natural makeup and simple styling on the cover. The shoot has a Miami-type feel to it and the white and gold outfits are BeTrendMe’s new inspiration for evening ensembles this summer. RiRi is wearing Calvin Klein on the cover, and inside the magazine she gives her thoughts on love and fame. She gets seriously personal with this quote: “When I was in love, I fell so hard. I was really, really, really in love. The way it made me feel was priceless. And in a blink of an eye my whole life changed. Everything that I knew was different. I never thought I’d feel that pain in my life. I’m afraid of feeling that again”. While Rihanna’s image might be seriously out there, she admits that in real life she’s more of a good girl; “[I'm] rebellious through my music, through my fashion, tattoos, and my hair. I have been conservative in my love life… it’s pretty much nonexistent. If I come across someone who I find really cool, I’ll hang out. But the minute I find that we’re getting too close I just—I don’t let people in.” Rihanna is usually so soft-spoken in the media, so it’s a surprise to hear her speak candidly about her personal life.
