Usain Bolt: This Jamaican born 100 meter sprinter has rightfully earned his nickname “Lightning Bolt” as he is the fastest runner in the world! This is a huge accomplishment for any athlete. We want you to keep an eye out for Usain in the Olympics because he’s faster than the blink of an eye, literally! BeTrendMe believes he will do exceptionally well this year at the 2012 London Olympics.

Milos Raonic: We all know Milos Raonic as the number one Canadian in tennis, his representation for the country goes beyond competition. If you’re a tennis fan, be sure to watch out for him throughout the Olympics. He’s quick on his feet and is known for his double-handed backhand style of playing, and BTM thinks he has what it takes to go for the gold.

Bradley Wiggins: This cycler from Great Britain has been riding a bicycle since he was just a kid and is a proud competitor for his country. In the off-season, he is just an ordinary father who likes spending time with his kids. Now with the Olympics on, he is focused and has been training for this event. Hopefully, his training pays off!

Mary Keitany: With her husband, Charles Koech, being a half marathon runner, this olympian has made strides as with a running career of her own for Kenya, Africa. Be sure to tune in to see how she fares in the marathon category during the games BeTrenders!

Victoria Komova: This 17 year old gymnast is definitely one to watch at this year’s Olympic games! What this 4’11 athlete lacks in height she makes up for in skill and determination. She ranked first in the uneven bars category at this year’s World Championships and World Cup! BTM thinks that this pint-sized Russian gymnast is definitely headed for the gold!

Ryan Lochte: This American born swimmer is taking over the spotlight from champion Michael Phelps. He is already a six time Olympic medal winner and specializes in the backstroke, medley, and freestyle races! He’s won the World Swimmer of the Year title the past two years and BTM has high hopes for him at the Olympic games!

Team USA Basketball: With NBA stars like LeBron James and Kevin Durant on the roster, it seems like winning the gold will be a piece of cake for this years USA Basketball team! The US team has taken home the gold in this category every year since 1992 except for a minor slip-up in 2004. They’re ranked number one for this years Olympic games and BTM expects that this team of all-stars will dominate on both ends of the court!
