Hey BeTrenders! Do you remember last spring when JT became part owner of Myspace? At the time JT stated “There’s a need for a place where fans can go to interact with their favorite entertainers, listen to music, watch videos, share and discover cool stuff and just connect. Myspace has the potential to be that place”.  Well fast forward a year later and we have received an update on all the work JT and co. have done with the site. It was posted this week on JT’s twitter account that the new Myspace should be up and running by end of year. Our BTMinterns have taken a peek at the new site, which is still entertainment focussed, and we’re totally feeling its super sleek, clean and intuitive design. The site also allows the user to scroll horizontally instead of vertically through the image-heavy pages. Instead of competing with other social media sites, the new site allows for synching with Twitter and Facebook. It really is starting to look like a phenomenal place for musicians, designers, and artists alike to showcase their work and connect with the larger community.
