Trendy halloween pumpkins

Here at BeTrendMe we are super excited for Halloween! We cannot wait to carve pumpkins now that we’ve found these awesome DIY pumpkin patterns.

Sugar Skulls

Supplies: large pumpkin, pencil, and carving tool.
On your pumpkin draw an outline with pencil of the design you would like to have. Using a carving tool trace your design, making sure not to cut all the way through the pumpkin. Then you will have a trendy sugar skull pumpkin in no time!

Ombre
Ombre hair is still all the rage, so why not make your pumpkin ombre as well?
Supplies: pumpkin, white spray paint, pink, white, and orange gloss paint, cotton balls.
Spray paint the entire pumpkin white, when dried paint the bottom with the pink, the darkest hue, or whatever color you would prefer to use. Paint the middle of the pumpkin orange, and the top white again.
Blend all of the three colors together with a slightly wet cotton ball, until all of the colors  bleed together.

Painted Patterns
Supplies: pumpkin, and paint.
If you do not enjoy the messiness that comes with carving, painting your pumpkin is a perfect option. Just paint on your favorite design and you are all finished with no mess required.

Louis Vuitton
Supplies: pumpkin, pencil, carving tool, permanent marker.
Draw on the Louis Vuitton logo, or your favorite brand’s logo, all over the pumpkin adding in little skulls for extra edginess. If you do not like to free hand, there are several stencils of the pattern that can be found online. Then trace the design with a carving tool making sure not to go all the way through the pumpkin. Or if you want to go super simple, take a permanent marker in a brown shade and draw on the LV logo. Your pumpkin is bound to be the most chic in your neighbourhood.

Lace
Lace is a great way to add some sophistication to your Halloween.
Supplies: pumpkin, pair of stockings, and white paint.
Before starting check to see if any of your family members or friends have stockings they no longer want, if not pick up a pair of inexpensive ones. Paint your whole pumpkin white, when it is dry put a snag in your stockings and cover the pumpkin. Your pumpkin has never looked as elegant.

Leopard Print
Animal print never goes out of style no matter what time of year it is.
Supplies: paint, pencil, and a pumpkin.
Draw on your pumpkin an animal print pattern using a pencil. Once finished paint your pattern and your pumpkin will be ready for October 31!
