Our team has started to hit the streets of some of North America’s biggest cities in search of the most BeTrended people out there. G E T  T H E  L O O K… May 19th-25th

We couldn’t help but notice Angelina’s fabulous style while out on the BLVD. As we watched the edges of her dress float in the wind we stopped her in her tracks before she could pass us by. Angelina shared with us some of her favorite summer trends and how much she likes the color peach for this summer. It was no surprise then that Angelina was wearing an amazing high low peach dress. Her outfit for the day was primarily composed of Guess clothing, but her creamy style can be replicated from a variety of place. We loved her high-low dress, because it is comfortable yet still looks super stylish. Add a jean jacket on top and a skinny leather belt to complete the outfit. Angelina was wearing a great pair of summer wedges. Another one of Angelina’s favorite trends this season is adding a pop of color, and she definitely did that by adding a bright pink purse. BeTrenders try out some of our summer trends on the BLVD!

 

G E T  T H E  L O O K… November 19th-25th

One look at Stephen and you can tell he has an original style all his own. We were so happy he agreed to stop and chat with us about his unique garments as he flashed his pearly whites in our direction. We learned Stephen’s outfit was entirely thrifted from various stores across the city. It is always impressive when a BeTrender can pull together an original look at a very affordable price! Stephen’s favourite place to hunt down deals is Value Village, but you can easily replicate a similar style without having to raid the racks. Start with a printed long-sleeve button-up in a fun print like an Aztec horizontal stripe. Neutralize the top with a basic Chino pant and camel coat. While Stephen’s best accessory is his smile, he adds an eye-catching backpack in teal and navy brogues to complete his look.

Remember when creating your own unique style, be sure to not overdo it too many prints matched together. One or two bold pieces are all you need to capture the attention of fellow BeTrenders!

 

G E T  T H E  L O O K… November 5th-11th

Lexy sure knows how to be a showstopper wherever she goes. Her flash of bright and bold hues excited our eyes and had us dreaming of color blocking possibilities. We love how she was able to compliment her printed leggings with equally as exciting combinations like a tangerine blazer and violet blouse. The rainbow of colors continues all the way to her feet in fuchsia socks and burnt orange loafers. And we couldn’t stop gazing in awe at all her accessories! Her floral bow headband is a great addition to the leggings, and we’re a big fan of the pink flower pinned to her blazer. Lexy completes her look with a green statement ring alongside a rhinestone bracelet and layered bangles.

Lexy is an artist in her color choices and combinations, but any one of these pieces would be a great start to any BeTrendy outfit! Take a tip from this week’s BLVD favourite and be a BeTrendsetter in vivid style!
